Izumi (Megumi Kagurazaka) ist die gelangweilte Ehefrau eines kleinlichen Schriftstellers von seichten Liebesromanen (Kanji Tsuda). Als sie eines Tages von einer Model-Agentin angesprochen wird, hofft sie, ihrem tristen Hausfrauen-Dasein für eine Weile entfliehen zu können. Als jedoch eines Tages die grausam zugerichtete Leiche einer jungen Frau gefunden wird, beginnt die Kommissarin Yoshida (Miki Mizuno), die ebenfalls einer geheimen Leidenschaft frönt, zu ermitteln.
