Nach dem Tod der Eltern ist das Leben der Geschwister Ami und Yu nicht gerade einfach, wobei Ami versucht ihrer "Elternrolle" bestmöglich gerecht zu werden. Leider erfährt sie zu spät von den Problemen ihres Bruders mit Sho, dem Sohn des ortsansässigen Yakuzabosses und kann ihn nicht mehr vor seinem tragischen Schicksal bewahren. Als Ami in den Unterschlupf des Yakuzaclans eindringt um Yu zu rächen, wird sie gefangen genommen und brutalst gefoltert, wobei sie ihren linken Arm verliert. Doch wie durch ein Wunder kann Ami fliehen und findet Unterschlupf bei Miki und ihrem Mann Suguru, deren Sohn Takeshi ebenfalls von Sho und seinem Gefolge ermordet wurde. Da Ami mit nur einem Arm so gut wie verloren scheint, muss schnell ein Ersatz gefunden werden. Da hat das Mechanikerpaar eine Idee und konstruiert ihr einen neuen Arm, einen MG-Arm. Perfekt ausgestattet starten Miki und Ami einen blutigen Rachefeldzug gegen die Yakuza.
